Sankara Holdings Group, manufacturer of the Aliseo Flying Boat is proud to announce another first in Flying Boats, the FAA certification in the category of Experimental Light Sport Aircraft in Weight Shift Sea. It is the only FAA licensed FIB in existence. The first Aliseo been certified is a 2001 model Flying Boat owned by Lyle Peters (EAA 33712) of Nashville, TN. and has started it's FAA Approved Flight Test Plan. With this, Sankara Holdings Group can now assist owners of previous models in getting their own certificates. The FAA deadline for converting two place ultralights to experimental is Jan. 2008. |
