REFUND POLICY:
Flying boat orders: A 50% deposit is required to order the Aliseo Flying Boat with a firm delivery. All sales are final and the deposit is non-refundable but in the event the customer decides not to take delivery we, Sankara Holdings Group, will place the Aliseo Flying Boat for sale to the next available customer and a 10% re-stock fee will be applied after the completion of the sale.
Parts orders: Full payment is required when ordering parts. All payments are refundable is item/items are sent back within 10 days, at customer's expence, unopened in its original condition and a 20% re-stock fee will be applied.
All defective merchandise will be exchanged at no extra cost, including shipping fees. |
